Dr. Vanessa Ferrucci
Optometrist
Dr. Ferrucci has been a practicing Optometrist for over 18 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she graduated from UCLA before attending the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Dr. Ferrucci provides quality eyecare with a personalized touch, addressing everyone's individual needs. She can treat eye diseases such as eye infections, macular degeneration, and glaucoma, and is now expanding her focus on dry eye and good eye health. Dr. Ferrucci is trained to fit contact lenses — including the hard-to-fit patient, toric lenses, multifocal lenses, and gas-permeable lenses — while also offering the latest innovations in eyeglasses.
Crystal Smith
Optician
Crystal has over 35 years of experience as an optician and has spent the last 31 years working with us at Toluca Lake Optometric Center. She understands our patients' needs and the importance of perfect-fitting eyewear, and is an expert in the latest eyewear trends and lens technology. Whether it's a patient's first time wearing glasses or contacts or a lifetime wearer, she'll guide you through the process with her excellent customer service. She looks forward to assisting you with all of your eye care needs.
Lori Pfeiffer
Optician
Lori grew up in the San Fernando Valley, attended North Hollywood High School, and went on to American Career College where she earned her ABO-NCLE Certification. She has been happily working in the optical field for over 28 years, specializing in contact lens training and dispensing as well as frame and lens selection that fit the client's everyday needs. She has extensive knowledge of lenses and lens treatments — and can fix almost anything!
Olivia
Front Desk & Patient Care
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Olivia moved to Northern California in 2020, where she fell in love with optometry while working at a local practice. When she moved to Los Angeles in 2025, she knew she wanted to continue that passion. Committed to providing the best possible patient care, Olivia is happy to answer your questions over the phone or in person. She'll always greet you with a smile and help you feel comfortable before your eye exam.
Andrea
Optometric Technician
Andrea began her career in the optical field in Norfolk, Virginia, where she gained her initial experience in eye care. She has worked as an Optometric Technician for the past two years and is passionate about supporting both patients and providers in a clinical setting. Andrea enjoys working closely alongside doctors, continuously expanding her knowledge of optometry while assisting with patient care and office operations. She is experienced in contact lens training and particularly enjoys working one-on-one with patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident.
Maria Robles
Optician
Maria is a North Hollywood native who graduated from North Hollywood High School before continuing her education at American Career College, where she earned her ABO (American Board of Opticianry) certification. With nearly ten years of experience in the optical industry, Maria has developed a strong background in both optical knowledge and clinical support. Throughout her career, Maria has worked with a wide variety of patients, including high-end clientele, and has gained extensive expertise in frame styling, eyewear selection, and the latest lens technologies. She has a passion for helping patients find eyewear that not only meets their vision needs but also reflects their individual style and personality. Maria takes pride in creating a personalized experience for every patient and enjoys pairing the latest fashion trends with advanced lens solutions to provide the perfect combination of style, comfort, and functionality.
